The LRI Propell™ Sleeve system provides operators with a reliable and safe means of simultaneous perforating and well stimulation via proven technologies in high-energy gas fracturing. The LRI Propell™ system incorporates many features to ensure consistent performance. This system is available to all Stim Gun Licensees.

Centralizing rings are used to protect and locate the Propell™ Sleeve on the perforating gun as it is run in to the well. Additionally, unique Centralizing Subs on the top and bottom of the assembly provide maximum centralization of the assembly while allowing high fluid bypass and smooth running in and out of the well.

LRI offers the Propell™ Sleeve system in 73mm (2-7/8”), 86mm (3 3/8”), and 114mm (4-1/2”) sizes. Other sizes coming soon.

Propell™ Sleeve Assembly Procedure

1. Assemble Tube Strip Assembly (charges, cord, clips, etc.) as usual and insert in to Carrier.
2. Slide the Propell™ Sleeve (Part # ST-SLV-***-* FT) over the gun into the intended running position.
3. Slide a Centralizing Ring (Part # ST-RNG-***) over each end of the carrier and secure them in the scallop closest to the Propell™ Sleeve using the two set screws. The large set screw can be tightened onto the scallop with a 5/8” OR 14mm Allen Wrench. The small setscrew is tightened with a 3/16” Allen Wrench.
4. Install a Pin X Box Centralizing sub (Part # ST-SLV-****-XC) with o-rings on the top and bottom of the Carrier.
   Note: If guns are run in tandem, use a Tandem Centralizing sub (Part # ST-SLV-****-TAC) between guns.
5. Install a Top and Bottom sub with o-rings into the corresponding ends of the assembly.
