Reliance Technology Specialists, LLC was established in 2004. Reliance Technology Specialists, LLC (RTS) provides a variety of services and products to energy producers and oilfield service companies. Services include engineering consulting and specialty oilfield software. RTS is particularly pleased to now be manufacturing propellant technologies for oilfield applications.

RTS was approached by the STIM Group in 2005 to aid in the development of the Horizontal Stimulation Tool (HST), designed to provide a “dry train” method of conveyance for STIM products over long production intervals in oil & gas wells. RTS worked through the year in development, field-testing and qualification of this versatile product. Qualification was concluded in the Fall of 2005 with the final formulation of products made available to all STIM licensees in November 2005. Reliance Technology Specialists currently manufactures all propellant used in this system as well as providing many of the required specialty components.

In addition to HST, Reliance Technology has begun limited production of Propell™Sleeve and expects to have a full complement of sizes available for all licensees by Spring 2006.
