LRI Perforating Systems manufactures and distributes a market-leading line of fully engineered perforating guns, wireline accessories, tubing conveyed perforating equipment, explosive shaped charges, well stimulation products and other related goods. Distributing from 6 locations in Alberta and internationally from our head office and manufacturing plant, LRI has established a new standard in perforating product reliability.

LRI guns incorporate a number of unique features designed to improve reliability in gun performance and resulting charge penetration and well production. In addition to improving reliability, the unique design elements of our patented and proprietary products offer ease-of-use advantages over competitive products.

LRI perforating systems, tcp products, and accessories are engineered in-house; we complement our proprietary gun systems with a broad range of products for wireline users. Key Suppliers of explosives and propellants include GEODynamics, Inc., JRC, DynaEnergetics, Austin Powder Inc., Reliance Technology Specialists, among others.

Utilizing proprietary, laser and milling technology, LRI manufactures all components of our guns and tubes in-house. Canada’s manufacturing industry association (CME) recognized LRI’s innovation in manufacturing technology, process efficiency and product design, by awarding LRI the 2002 Award for Excellence in Innovation in Manufacturing.
