Scalloping Systems: LRI’s proprietary multi-head scalloping system allows us to scallop guns at any shot density and phasing. It has been acknowledged by gun manufacturers worldwide as the fastest and most reliable system available.

Laser tube cutting: Cutting two tubes at once, our proprietary tube cutter has dramatically reduced the time required to process any given charge tube. Accurate to within + / - .003” and able to cleanly cut tubes between 1” and 4” OD X .188” wall thickness, the LRI dual tube cutter has set the new standard in tube cutting technology.

Mitsubishi bed laser cutting: LRI’s patented alignment collars and our fin-style centralizers are processed in-house on our 3 axis laser system. A 5’ X 10’ cutting envelope and ability to cut within +/- .003” give us the versatility to cut a wide range of customer-designed products exactly to their specifications. We cut profiles from carbon and stainless steel to 3/8” thick and a wide variety of additional materials.

Mori Seiki NT 4300 DCG: Our CNC multitasking centre allows LRI to retain full in-house control of manufacturing our extensive range of TCP equipment, subs, and other machined standard and specialty perforating products.
